Field Visit (2003)
NR 9512 2728 Stone set in a vertical manner measuring 0.65m high with a base 0.95m long facing eastwards. It too was reported in 1999 by the CFA students. Close to the southwest is a deeply cut drainage channel emptying into the Allt Cul Corriehiam that has considerable up cast to the northeast. This stone is located just beyond the upcast and it is very possible that it is a boulder thrown up from the excavations or the work of the machineman.
Site identified during an archaeological survey on Arran and Jura by the ACFA.
Anne Wood and Scott Wood, 2003.
