Desk Based Assessment (1 September 2017)

This bridge, which crosses the River Clyde and links Crawfordjohn on the west with Lamington on the east, is a stone-built structure spanning 58m with three segmental arches and cutwaters on either side of its two piers. It has been superseded by the Wandel Road Bridge (NS92NW 40) which lies immediately downstream.
