There is a large cup-marked boulder on Califer Hill, near the Blue Cairn (NJ05NE 6, at NJ 0798 5683).

H B Mackintosh 1924

A cup-marked boulder about 10 to 12 feet long originally lay about 100 yards up the hill from the 'Blue Cairn' in the area centred at NJ 0807 5687. As it was an obstacle to ploughing, it was broken up and moved by Mr Fraser c.1955, to the yard of a ruined house at NJ 0816 5690, where is now lies under a large pile of stones (Mr J Fraser, Rafford, Morayshire).
