Publication Account (1997)
Megastructural commercial complex occupying a steeply sloping street-block: dominated by a 200ft. high, 19-storey office tower. Skilfully embraces Alexander Thomson's St. Vincent Street Church as its northwest corner, forming a single, sophistocated composition, with powerful juxtapostion of substructures. The development dramatically envelops St. Vincent Lane in a skylit tunnel. (Fig. 4.53).
