Field Visit (20 June 1995)

There is a group of three subrectangular huts and an enclosure in a corrie about 250m to the WNW of Creag Bhlarach. The huts measure between 3m and 3.4m in length and between 1.8m and 2.5m in breadth within walls reduced to low stony banks spread to 0.9m in thickness. Two of the huts (ROG95 725-6) are joined at a corner, the third is attached to a D-shaped enclosure, built against the base of a craggy outcrop and measuring about 40m NE-SW by 25m transversely. A burnt mound by the burn immediately to the SE of the huts is described under NC60SE 52.

These may be the structures described by RCAHMS in 1911 as being about half a mile NW of Blarich (NC60NE 9).
