Aerial Photographic Interpretation (21 February 2014)

A pit circle, possibly the remains of a ceremonial timber circle, has been recorded as cropmarks on oblique aerial photographs, together with a cluster of pits (RCAHMSAP 1994, 1996). The pit circle measures about 5m in diameter and is defined by eight large pits. The cluster of pits lies immediately to the S.
