(Location cited as NR 257 589). Loch Indaal Lighthouse, Port Charlotte, built 1859 by engineers D and T Stevenson. A short, circular-section tower, with a 2-storey, ridged-roof block of keepers' houses.

During October 1999 RCAHMS carried out a full photographic survey of Loch Indaal Lighthouse. The purpose of this was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland.
