Activities

Field Visit (March 1928)

The house attached to "The Study" at the northern end is modernised and is also cemented. It has a street door similar to that "The Study" and bears the date 1671 in cement on the lintel. In a semi-octagonal projection at the eastern end of the south wall what was once a doorway but is now a window, with roll-and-hollow moulded jambs and lintel. On the lintel is a Greek inscription - "God provides and will provide."

RCAHMS 1933, visited March 1928.
