1½ storied, 3-bay granite rubble-built cottage. 19th century character. 2 dormer windows on its principal elevation to the S. Broad ground floor windows on either side of a central entrance. Both ground floor windows appear to have been widened (the dormers may also be later remodellings); the central entrance appears to be as original. Narrow ground floor windows to the S end of each gable; blind windows on the N side of each gable. There is a small slate-roofed out-shot at the W end of the N wall. Appears on the 1st and 2nd editions Ordnance Survey of 1867 and 1899.
