No. 1. In the east gable (rebuilt in c.1904) of the parish church (NJ 7684 3777), is a whinstone slab, 0.76m x 0.61m which was originally at Fyvie schoolhouse (NJ 7656 3810). The crescent with V-rod, the elephant and the mirror with a circular end are inscribed.
