Former croft house, single storey with central door and windows to either side. Chimney stacks in each gable end. Probably originally with thatched roof, now corrugated iron.

A remainder of the crofting township of Ardfernal, RCHAMS note the township comprised three unroofed buildings, one partially roofed long building, twelve roofed buildings, one of which is a long building, seven enclosures, a limekiln and a head-dyke is depicted on the OS 1st edition 6-inch map of 1882. Some of the former croft houses have been restored and brought back into use, others have been restored as holiday accomodation.
