What may be the remains of a shelter or wind-break are situated close to the summit of Beinn an Duibhe, a rocky massif on the W side of the Kyle of Durness which comprises a series of knolls and ridges interspersed with wet, peaty ground. It comprises a rubble wall, 1m in length, which links two very large boulders, one on the N, the other on the S, with a slightly longer stretch of similar walling springing off the SW side of the S boulder.
