A large round cairn of lightish coloured stones which had been almost obliterated by 1911.

Name Book 1847; RCAHMS 1912, visited 1911

The remains of this robbed cairn are situated below the crest of a hill on a W facing slope. It consists of a stony area 16.0m across and 0.3m high.

This cairn is situated on a gentle WNW facing slope 320m NNW of the sheepfold on the crest of Beoch Hill. The surface of the cairn is scarred with quarry pits, and it has been reduced to an oval spread of stones measuring 18.5m from NNW to SSE by 15.8m transversely and no more than 0.4m in height.
