Queen Mary's Room and Birth Chamber (NR).

Queen Mary's Room: Within an older building, to the south of the Palace, is the little room where Queen Mary gave birth to her son James, who was the first King of England, Scotland and Ireland. This small apartment is entered from the chamber known as "Queen Mary's Room". Over the courtyard entrance to this room is a panel bearing the cypher of Mary and Darnley, and the date 1566.
