Saughton Hall (NR).

OS 6"map, (1932, 1938)

Saughton Hall (NT 2203 7190). A large and rambling mansion, mainly modern, except the central portion which dates from the late 17th cent. It was occupied for many years as a mental hopital. The original building was on the L-plan. At present disused - but preserved by the city authorities.

Visited by RCAHMS 23 September 1920.
