NT18NW 12 1182 8565.

NT 1178 8565: A barrow/cairn lies above the 200' contour in the W part of North Wood. It is c9.5m in diameter x 1.0m high, composed of soil with boulders on an area of sand. It has had trees growing on it and the top is now damaged. Two pieces of Bronze Age pottery were found in disturbances at different points of the perimeter. They will be donated to the NMAS.

NT 1182 8565. A much mutilated, grassed-over cairn 12.0m in diameter and 1.0m high.
