NT 100 454. Enclosure, Townfoot (Site): Crop-markings on air photographs (flown 1976) reveal an oval enclosure 250m SE of Townfoot. Situated in a comparatively level field a little to the NW of the top of the slope that falls to the Back Burn, the enclosure has measured about 70 m in diameter over a single ditch.

RCAHMS 1978, visited 1976

There is no ground surface evidence of this ditch cropmark in the regularly cultivated field.
