Cist, Blairbeth Golf Course (Site): On what was formerly Mill Farm, a cist, measuring about 2.0m in length and 0.6m in depth, was discovered seventy years before the compilation of the OS Name Books in 1857-8; it contained an 'urn', but there is no further information about the vessel or the burial-ritual.

Name Book 1857-8; RCAHMS 1978, visited 1973.

When visited in 1954, the find-spot of the cist lay in a ploughed field. No surface finds were made, and no additional information added.
