NR75SW 8 7358 5267.

NR 735 526. A circular enclosure is situated on the lower slopes of the SW shoulder of Cnoc Donn, just over 800m NE of Ballochrey. It measures 24.5m in diameter within a low grass-grown stony bank which is 3.0m - 3.7m thick and not more than 0.5m high. There is no indication of an entrance and the interior is level and featureless.

RCAHMS 1971, visited 1965.

NR 7357 5267. This enclosure occupying the summit of a rounded hill is generally as described by RCAHMS. It is too denuded and overgrown to positively identify, but there are many large boulders lying about and its dimensions and situation are possibly indicative of a fort.

Surveyed at 1/10 000.

Visited by OS (D W R) 13 August 1973.
