Approx: NR 368 467. There is a cairn near Borraichill Mor. It is an oval area, with a sunken centre, about 24ft long by 6ft at the centre. There are signs of walling on the outside.

F Celoria 1959.

There is no trace of a cairn in the general area of Borraichill Mor. The details given above, however, described the rocky knoll at NR 3692 4667 (see NR34NE 3) and it seems quite likely that this feature has been interpreted as a burial cairn.

Visited by OS (BS) 28 June 1978.
