(NR 3954 4621) Standing Stone (NR)

This standing stone, now incorporated in a drystone wall has been dressed and tapered. It is 11ft 2ins high, 4ft 2ins broad and 1ft 2ins thick. A second standing stone, now fallen, lies broken immediately outside the wall.

A standing stone as described above. The fallen stone, also dressed, lies 1.8m to the east and forms part of the wall of a small rectangular enclosure. It is 3.7m long by 1m by 0.4m and is of a similar shape to its partner.
Surveyed at 1:2500.
