OS 6" map, Forfarshire and Angus, 2nd ed., (1902)

A small cairn of stones situated on a short ridge which falls away sharply on the SW. It is 10.0m in diameter, and 0.4m high. Many of the stones have been piled up to form a shelter or shooting butt, 1.0m high. Only two large stones were noted forming part of a retaining kerb - one on the SE, the other on the west.
