The 'hall of the manor of Rahulli' (Rathillet) is mentioned in an estate account of the late 13th century as having been repaired.

Rathillet House is modern but one of the farmhouses, at NO 3592 2085, may be of 18th century date. There is no evidence, however, of any earlier structure.

A stone inserted in another building bears the date '1790'.
