NO20SW 10 22 01.

Four large stones are recorded near a round hillock called the Gallant Knowe (NO20SW 6) (See also NO20SW 5 - Standing Stone).

A stone coffin and urn were found beside one of the four stones about 1760.

OSA 1793 (G Willis)

The precise siting of these stones cannot be ascertained, but the standing stone at NO 2306 0152 (NO20SW 5) may be the sole survivor. These stones with the associated finds are suggestive of a "four poster" type of monument.
