NN 872 628. A Pair of standing stones, one fallen 9' apart. Protruding through the turf between the stones is a stone on edge 1'8' long.

M E C Stewart 1967.

NN 8737 6275. A pair of standing stones facing NW-SE and 2.5m apart, SE stone having fallen outwards. The small stone on edge appears to be part of the packing around the base of the fallen stone. The NW stone is 1.1m high by 1.1m broad and 0.6m thick; the SE stone is 1.5m by 1.1m by 0.6m. 2.2m NE of the fallen stone is another stone protruding 0.3m through the turf. It faces NW-SE and measures 0.7m x 0.4m. There is no trace of a fourth stone but it is possible that these stones are the remnants of a four-poster.

Surveyed at 1:10,000.

Visited by OS (A A) 2 April 1975.
