NN72NE 5 777 251.

In the area centred on NN 777 251, just below the crest of a ridge, there are about seven small, irregular, heather-covered cairns, measuring from 2.0m to 4.0m in diameter and averaging 0.5m in height. They are composed of small stones and are undoubtedly stone clearance. There is no evidence of a field system. Although possibly associated with substantial field banks nearby the cairns appear to be of an earlier date.
