A cist was found here a few years before 1872.

Name Book 1872.

No trace and no further information.

Visited by OS (R L) 25 May 1970.

There is now no trace of this cist, found 200m E of Laga; no details are known about the discovery.

RCAHMS 1980, visited 1972

A stone cist was found here before 1872. No further information is availanle as to its contents or location. It is probably dated to the bronze age (ie between c2000 and 1000 BC). This has been a desk assessment area.
