NM15SE 3 156 530.

The hilt end of a bronze sword, listed by Coles as of Late Bronze Age, Ewart Park type, was found c. 1875 on a bed of sand under 3 1/2' of peat, about 25-30' from the crannog, as if it had been thrown from it into what was once a loch. Beveridge states it is in the possession of Col. Stewart of Coll. (See also NM15SE 6)
