(NH 7270 5672) Seaforth Castle, completed by John Fraser, Bishop of Ross, between 1497 and 1507, is said to have stood here, and is shown to have been a rectangular tower. It was the seat of the Earls of Seaforth. 'Castle Street' leading up to the area seems to support the siting.

No further information. At approximately this position there is shown a 2-storey square building on an old print, dated 1693, labelled 'Seaforth Castle'.
