NC96SE 29 9618 6332.

There are very vague traces of a small enclosure and a possible hut circle at 9818 6332 (previously erroneously recorded as NC 9805 6325). The enclosure measures about 10.0m square, and the hut circle, attached to the NW corner of the enclosure, is about 5.0m in diameter.

Surveyed at 1:2500

Visited by OS (R D) 17 November 1964 and (J L D) 26 May 1960; Visible

(NC 9805 6325) Enclosure (NR)

OS 25"map, (1966)

There is no trace of an enclosure and attached alleged hut circle at the published position (OS 25"map, 1966) or in the vicinity, but at NC 9818 6332 are structures first noted by the investigator in 1960 that roughly fit the 1964 report: 'Y' would appear to be the 'enclosure' described by OS field surveyor (R D) - a bothy footing measuring 6 by 4m, with a scatter of stones, 'X', some 4 to 5 m in diameter, nearby, possibly being the OS field surveyor's 'hut circle'. The 'hut circle' some 12m to the ENE and further down the slope is another bothy footing measuring 4 by 2m.

Visited by OS (J M) 28 July 1981.
