ND02SE 30 0916 2288.

At ND 0916 2288, on a slope close by marshy ground, is a burnt mound, overgrown with heather and bracken. It is 7.0m in diameter and 1.0m high, but it may have extended to the N where there is a low, amorphous swelling. Apart from the broch 120m to the W (ND02SE 4), there is no trace of settlement in the vicinity.

Surveyed at 1:10,000.

Visited by OS (N K B) 16 November 1982.
