OS 1:2500 map (1969)

Situated on a prominent false crest within an early field system (see NC91SW 12) is a low round cairn measuring 7.3m in diameter and 0.3m in height. The cairn material is retained by a discontinuous kerb of stones set on edge and the centre is hollowed out, probably by excavation. Surveyed at 1/2500.
