NC94SW 7 9033 4485.

At NC 9033 4485, within a settlement and field system (NC94SW 1), is a heather covered burnt mound. It is U shaped and measures overall 6.0m north-south by 8.0m with the south end open. The mound has a general height of 0.8m which decreases to almost nothing at the north end. A trial dig exposed a content of burnt stones and blackened earth. Surveyed at 1:10000.
