(NC 9477 1003) Three Urns found AD 1830 (NAT)
OS 6" map, (1963)
Three urns found in 1830, are now in Dunrobin Museum.
Name Book 1871.
These urns cannot be located in Dunrobin Museum. There are five Bronze Age urns of unknown provenance on display in the museum, among which are probably these three. Two of the urns are cinerary urns possibly from near Gordonbush (See NC80NW 14), the others are food vessels (Accession Nos. X42, 43 and unlabelled).
Visited by OS (J L D) 3 April 1962 and (N K B) 15 June 1976.
