HY64SE 7 c. 695 416.

(Area: HY 695 416) A cist said to have been found, many years before 1928, in a mound now destroyed, which lay aboout midway between the farms of Leavisgarth and North-hill.

A perforated stone hammer is said to have been found nearby.

RCAHMS 1946, visited 1928.

There is no trace and no local knowledge of a mound and cists hereabouts. (Information from Mr J Guthrie, North-Hill, Sanday).
