OS 6" map, Shetland, 2nd ed., (1903)

The dilapidated remains of a cairn built of fairly large stones. It appears to have measured 35' by 25' over all, the major axis lying E-W.

RCAHMS 1946, visited 1931

The remains of a featureless cairn situated on an exposed false crest. It measures about 11.0m E-W by about 7.0m N-S but heavy peat growth has obscured the perimeter, and most of the stones have been removed and lie close by.

Visited by OS (NKB), 20 June 1968.
