HU24NW 26 2499 4889.

HU 250 489 (Calder 1965) A mound of burnt stones lines on the rivulet that forms the outlet of the Loch of Grunnavoe, near the head of the Houb.

RCAHMS 1946, visited 1931; C S T Calder 1965.

At HU 2499 4889 a burnt mound comprising two separate small mounds. The more easterly is c.1.2m high, the other is c.0.8m high.

Surveyed at 1/2500.

Visited by OS (R L) 15 June 1968

Scheduled as The Houb, burnt mound, Grunnavoe.
