This dun, called Dun Burgidale by Feachem, measures 67ft in diameter within a wall varying from 10 to 14ft thick. A 2ft3ins wide passage was exposed in the W side by excavation by the Marquess of Bute in the 19th century. The doorway, 10ft wide externally and 6ft wide on the inside, is in the ESE.
