RCAHMS surveyed Asgog Castle on 27 July 1986 producing a site plan at a scale of 1:100 and a detail of a mason’s mark at a scale of 1:2.5. The plan was redrawn in ink and published at a scale of 1:250 (RCAHMS 1992, 212B) and the mason’s mark was published at a scale of 1:5 (RCAHMS 1992, 212C).
