RCAHMS surveyed the NW part of the township at Galtrigall, Skye, in June 1988 after a request from R Miket of Skye and Lochalsh Museums Service. The survey, undertaken by plane-table and self-reducing alidade at a scale of 1:500, was redrawn in ink in September. The survey area measured about 500m from NE to SW by 150m transversely centred at NG 1795 5456.
