This subrectangular hut, which measures 4.5m from N to S by 2.4m transversely over grass-grown wall-footings 0.7m thick and 0.3m high, sits in moorland on top of what is probably a natural mound measuring 9m in diameter and 1.3m in height. A lambing pen measuring 1.5m in length and 1m in width within a rubble wall lies within the S end of the hut.
