Scope and Content Craigend, hut-circles and field-system, Perth and Kinross Several groups of prehistoric hut-circles and field-systems survive on a ridge of open moorland which extends from Craigend to Seefar. 350m north-east of Craigend and to the north of a cattle-grid is a group of four hut-circles. The circular stone outline of one of the hut-circles can be seen in the centre of the picture. Two further hut-circles are located to the right of the gate. The occupants of these hut-circles were farmers and cultivated the surrounding land. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
