Insc: 'This is Elevation Plan of the ten lots of Magdala Crescent part of the lands of Coats belonging to the Governors of Heriot's Hospital referred to in the Conditions of Feu signed by me William Forester, treasurer of said Hospital on teh 3rd day of December 1868 Wm Forester George Roberts' '12 Royal Exchange'.
