'This is one of the plans referred to in the Disposition by William Stark, Builder in Edinburgh in favor of Robert Greenoaks residing at Ramsay Place near Newhaven dated Eighteenth of May Eighteen hundred and fifty three W Stark Robert Greenoak' 'NORTH SIDE OF ALBERT STREET'.
