Description View of two stones of circle incorporated into stone dyke. Original print card captioned: 'Remains of stone circle at Brandsbutt, Inverurie. The stone to the left of the view is known locally as the 'Douping Stone' from its use in connection with a ceremony at the riding of the Burgh Marches. The last occasion on which it was used was on 23 October 1907.'
