Scope and Content Possible henge monument at Lochside, Inverness, Highland The ditches of this possible henge were revealed as cropmarks on oblique aerial photographs. The ditches are interrupted by two opposing entrance causeways, which open towards the NE and SW. The incomplete circuit of the ditches of the henge can be traced on this aerial photograph. This possible henge was still visible on the ground last century, but has now been levelled by ploughing. It lies at the NE end of Loch Flemington and has been partially destroyed by a public road.
