Scope and Content South cattle-court and range, Greenside Farm, Fife Greenside Farm was begun in the early 19th century and is an example of a home farm - the main farm of an estate. These were common in Fife because the county contained many small estates. The south cattle-court (right) shelters cattle under five roofed bays. The three inner bays were probably roofed at a different period from than the green-slated outer bays. Behind is the south range with a boiler-house at the west end (left).
