Scope and Content Symbol stone known as Rhynie Man from Rhynie Barflat, Aberdeenshire This stone originally came from Rhynie though it now stands in Woodhill House in Aberdeen. This is a view of the stone. It is carved on one side only with a figure of a man facing right. The figure wears a short tunic. Over his shoulder he carries an axe or hammer.
