Scope and Content City buildings lining a cobbled street, with a domed classical style building mid centre, and the statue of a warrior, sword in hand. The garden in the foreground is edged with ornamental railings. The Valentine Register states " Free South Church and Wallace Statue". The library was built in 1891.
