Scope and Content Sea loch with many different steamers and boats. Smaller motor boats offloading passengers and goods from the moored passenger steamers. Further passenger ship steaming down the loch behind the ships. Mountains with woods along the loch shore in background. The ships are, from the left, the SS "Dalriada", 758 tons, built in 1926 and sunk on 19 June 1942, the SS "Duchess of Hamilton", 794 tons, built in 1932 and scrapped in 1974. The SS "King George V", 789 tons, was built in 1926 and broken up in 1984. The ship on the right is the Steam Yacht "Sappho".
